Yolanda Lam is Head of Agency Partnerships at Pinterest, where she leads a team
tasked with developing agency relationships and partnerships. In this role, she
focuses on building executive level relationships with agency groups to ensure
alignment across Pinterest positioning and products. Yolanda played a pivotal role
in the development of the Pinterest agency team in early 2016, and has since helped
to transform agency partners into Pinterest advocates and enable them to drive
performance for their clients on the platform.
With her joining the company at the beginning of stages of Pinterest's monetization
efforts, the agency point of view has remained critical in scaling the overall
business. Reporting to Pinterest's Head of Global Partnerships, Yolanda sits on the
Pinterest Partners leadership team where the voice of agencies are inextricably
linked to every product and business decision at Pinterest.
Her team is also key to developing industry presence across industry events where
agency attendees are a focus (CES, AdWeek, Cannes, SXSW, Pinstitutes). Prior to
joining Pinterest, Yolanda was SVP, Digital Group Client Director at MediaVest where
she led various client businesses over the course of her six years there (Wendy's,
Heineken etc.)
Before MediaVest, Yolanda worked at various full service/digital/media agencies such
as Universal McCann & FCB and she was also an early stage Googler who helped
launched their AdSense business. Yolanda earned her B.S. in marketing from Boston
College. A native of Hong Kong, she now lives in New Jersey with her husband and two
young children.
