Velocity Product Groups, Viacom, Inc
Deborah Brett has been Senior Vice President of Velocity Products Group at Viacom, Inc. since April 2016. Deborah served as Vice President of Velocity Products Group at Viacom, Inc. from August 2015 to April 2016. She served as Vice President of Mobile Sales at Viacom, Inc. since June 4, 2012. Deborah is responsible for selling mobile inventory and ad products across the Viacom's Music and Entertainment brands. She drives mobile sales strategy, works collaboratively with the Viacom, Inc.'s digital and linear ad sales leaders. She served several positions at Viacom since joining Viacom, Inc. in 2006. Most recently, she served as Director of New Business for the Nickelodeon Group. She also served roles in Digital Ad Sales for Comedy Central and Spike in the Viacom's New York and Chicago offices. Prior to joining Viacom, Deborah served at J. Walter Thompson.

Yolanda Lam is Head of Agency Partnerships at Pinterest, where she leads a team tasked with developing agency relationships and partnerships. In this role, she focuses on building executive level relationships with agency groups to ensure alignment across Pinterest positioning and products. Yolanda played a pivotal role in the development of the Pinterest agency team in early 2016, and has since helped to transform agency partners into Pinterest advocates and enable them to drive performance for their clients on the platform.
With her joining the company at the beginning of stages of Pinterest's monetization efforts, the agency point of view has remained critical in scaling the overall business. Reporting to Pinterest's Head of Global Partnerships, Yolanda sits on the Pinterest Partners leadership team where the voice of agencies are inextricably linked to every product and business decision at Pinterest.
Her team is also key to developing industry presence across industry events where agency attendees are a focus (CES, AdWeek, Cannes, SXSW, Pinstitutes). Prior to joining Pinterest, Yolanda was SVP, Digital Group Client Director at MediaVest where she led various client businesses over the course of her six years there (Wendy's, Heineken etc.)
Before MediaVest, Yolanda worked at various full service/digital/media agencies such as Universal McCann & FCB and she was also an early stage Googler who helped launched their AdSense business. Yolanda earned her B.S. in marketing from Boston College. A native of Hong Kong, she now lives in New Jersey with her husband and two young children.

Rosa Nunez is responsible for leading and executing Omnicom Media Group’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy for the U.S. Rosa’s efforts are focused on positioning Omnicom Media Group as a great place to work, employer of choice and a thought leader in the space of Diversity & Inclusion. Rosa joined Omnicom Media Group in 2014 from Accenture, where she had an 11 year career and a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing award-winning, global-scale Diversity & Inclusion programs. When she is not hard at work, Rosa dedicates her time giving back to the community as a member of the 4A’s Diversity Steering Committee, The Advertising Club of NY I’mPART Steering Committee and the Manhattan Early College School of Advertising Committee. Rosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Chanda is a Vice President in Corporate Services and Real Estate at Goldman Sachs. As the global Environmental, Social and Governance lead for the division, she manages Goldman Sachs' operational impact on people and the planet. Her key areas of focus are environmental stewardship, vendor diversity, local and state government and community engagement. In 2012, Goldman Sachs sponsored Chanda to serve in a pro bono capacity as the Founding Executive Director of America Needs You – New Jersey, a mentoring and professional development program for first-generation college students.

Maddy is an award winning, creative, multi-faceted, strategic & business focused Information Technology Executive developing products to increase revenue and productivity for major financial institutions within a highly competitive market. She is currently the Delivery Manager for Scoring, Economic and User Experience groups. She has also worked at E*Trade, News Corp, and United Business Media/CMP. She is the mother of two girls (9 and 11), active in the PTA . She is co-president of WINs (the women’s resource group). She is very active in community outreach (PENCIL, First Robotics) and a survivor of domestic violence.

Julie Silcox co-hosted WYNTK in November 2014. Julie is the Chief Marketing Officer at WisdomTree where she oversees all aspects of marketing the brand. Prior to joining the firm, Julie held senior marketing roles at Bank of America, Citigroup and Fidelity Investments. Before becoming a client, she spent five years agency side working in Account Management at Wells Rich Greene. Julie is a graduate of New York University.
East Coast Director of Advertiser
Stephanie Lawrence co-hosted WYNTK in November 2014. Stephanie is the East Coast Director of Advertiser Solutions at Microsoft where she oversees a team of specialists that build out custom programs for the sales team. Prior to joining Microsoft, Stephanie was on the digital agency side where she managed various pieces of business including Macy’s, Sanofi Aventis & Pasteur, Sony BMG and Proctor & Gamble. Her love for digital has landed her on the board of directors for 212 NYC. Stephanie lives in Jersey City with her son, Dante.
The Connected Table
Melanie Young co-hosted WYNTK in June 2014. She is a wellness coach and founder of The Connected Table, specializing in food, wine and healthy eating programs. A breast cancer survivor, Melanie wrote Getting Things Off My Chest (2013), to help newly diagnosed women stay focused and make smarter choices for their well-being. Her second book, Fearless Fabulous You (Nov. 2014) provides inspirational insights to recharge your spirit and revalue your self-worth.
Meals to Heal
Susan Bratton co-hosted WYNTK in June 2014. She is the Founder and CEO of Meals to Heal, a patient-and caregiver-focused cancer nutrition service providing home delivery of fresh, customized, nutrition information and professional resources. Susan started Meals to Heal after a 20-year career on Wall Street as an investment banker focused on the healthcare industry. She is an outspoken and tireless advocate for proper nutrition and healthcare reform.

Sarah Evans co-hosted WYNTK in 2013. Sarah Evans is an influential publicist, industry expert and entrepreneur. A Partner of J Public Relations, she was named one of the "Top 100 Publicisits of 2012 Who Know Press and Social Media." She been featured on Forbes, ABC and MSNBC as an industry expert.
