She is currently the Delivery Manager for Scoring, Economic and User Experience groups. She has also worked at E*Trade, News Corp, and United Business Media/CMP. She is the mother of two girls (9 and 11), active in the PTA . She is co-president of WINs (the women’s resource group). She is very active in community outreach (PENCIL, First Robotics) and a survivor of domestic violence.

Chanda is a Vice President in Corporate Services and Real Estate at Goldman Sachs. As the global Environmental, Social and Governance lead for the division, she manages Goldman Sachs' operational impact on people and the planet. Her key areas of focus are environmental stewardship, vendor diversity, local and state government and community engagement. In 2012, Goldman Sachs sponsored Chanda to serve in a pro bono capacity as the Founding Executive Director of America Needs You – New Jersey, a mentoring and professional development program for first-generation college students.
Mailet is the co-founder of Squeaky Wheel Media, an
award-winning interactive digital agency, and the founder of IHadCancer.com, a life-saving social network for cancer fighters, suvivors and supporters. She has garnered major industry recognition, including the "Trendsetter of the Year" award from The American Advertising Federation and the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from The Stevie Awards.

Ryckman is also a screenwriter and Partner of Lucky VIII, an independent film, television, and theatre production company working with top-tier talent both domestically and internationally.

Julie Silcox co-hosted WYNTK in November 2014. Julie is the Chief Marketing Officer at WisdomTree where she oversees all aspects of marketing the brand. Prior to joining the firm, Julie held senior marketing roles at Bank of America, Citigroup and Fidelity Investments. Before becoming a client, she spent five years agency side working in Account Management at Wells Rich Greene. Julie is a graduate of New York University.

Stephanie Lawrence co-hosted WYNTK in November 2014. Stephanie is the East Coast Director of Advertiser Solutions at Microsoft where she oversees a team of specialists that build out custom programs for the sales team. Prior to joining Microsoft, Stephanie was on the digital agency side where she managed various pieces of business including Macy’s, Sanofi Aventis & Pasteur, Sony BMG and Proctor & Gamble. Her love for digital has landed her on the board of directors for 212 NYC. Stephanie lives in Jersey City with her son, Dante.
The Connected Table
Melanie Young co-hosted WYNTK in June 2014. She is a wellness coach and founder of The Connected Table, specializing in food, wine and healthy eating programs. A breast cancer survivor, Melanie wrote Getting Things Off My Chest (2013), to help newly diagnosed women stay focused and make smarter choices for their well-being. Her second book, Fearless Fabulous You (Nov. 2014) provides inspirational insights to recharge your spirit and revalue your self-worth.
Meals to Heal
Susan Bratton co-hosted WYNTK in June 2014. She is the Founder and CEO of Meals to Heal, a patient-and caregiver-focused cancer nutrition service providing home delivery of fresh, customized, nutrition information and professional resources. Susan started Meals to Heal after a 20-year career on Wall Street as an investment banker focused on the healthcare industry. She is an outspoken and tireless advocate for proper nutrition and healthcare reform.
J Public Relations
Sarah Evans co-hosted WYNTK in 2013. Sarah Evans is an influential publicist, industry expert and entrepreneur. A Partner of J Public Relations, she was named one of the "Top 100 Publicisits of 2012 Who Know Press and Social Media." She been featured on Forbes, ABC and MSNBC as an industry expert.
